Ash has 10+ years of experience directly managing SME operations and R&D processes, with a critical understanding of R&D operations and strategic management from a business perspective. With experience across multiple specialist sectors, Ash has a background in the facilitation and management of change and strategy, with a Commercial Pilot Licence, Bachelor of Communications and Master of Business Administration. Outside the office, Ash enjoys surfboarding, snowboarding, and skateboarding, despite being famously terrible at all three, going by a few broken bones and zero balance.
